Software for installers of solar panels, wind turbines and batteries.

An installer sells returns. We build the tools that calculate those returns on site, put the quote straight into your CRM and find new business customers through the electricity grid. Everything on this page runs at Ardosolar today.

Payback time on site

A rep picks panels, wind turbine and inverter, fills in the roof and consumption, and watches payback time and 25-year savings update immediately. The model accounts for roof orientation and pitch, shading, panel degradation, rising energy prices, own use versus feed-in, batteries and an inverter replacement.

That model is yours. At Ardosolar we ported their existing Excel calculation line by line, so the numbers in the tool match the ones the team had trusted for years.

Quotes without retyping

On submit, the customer, deal and quote are in Teamleader or Odoo, with the right VAT rates and a PDF of the savings calculation attached to the quote. Here's how our Teamleader integrations work.

New B2B customers from grid data

A business with its own medium-voltage cabin uses enough power to be worth talking to about solar, wind or storage. GridIQ lists Flanders' roughly 21,000 customer cabins per town, looks up the businesses around each one, enriches them from the company registers and shows it all on an aerial photo with the land registry. Whatever the rep ticks becomes a deal in the CRM.

For installers with partners

If you work with dealers or partner companies, each gets its own login, its own margin on product prices and its own CRM destination. A monthly quota caps how many cabins a partner can look up in GridIQ.

Cleaning up meter data

Quarter-hour data from Fluvius (offtake and feed-in) arrives as separate export files. A small tool checks the columns, fills missing quarters and turns everything into clean yearly files for further analysis. Uploaded files aren't stored.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with my own calculation model?

Yes, that's where it starts. At Ardosolar we began from their own Excel model and ported it line by line, so the output matched what the team was used to.

Where does GridIQ's data come from?

The cabins come from open grid data on customer cabins in Flanders. We find nearby businesses through Google Places and the Flemish company register, enriched with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Aerial photos and land-registry maps come from the Flemish government's geo services.

Do I have to use Teamleader?

No. Ardosolar's tool works with Teamleader and with Odoo, and each partner company picks its own.
