Who is responsible
Deritron BV, Beernemsteenweg 77, 8750 Wingene, Belgium · Company number BE 0859.563.124 · Email: deri-info @ deritron.be · Phone: +32 476 55 31 27
You can reach us at that address with any question about your data.
What we process
- Contact. When you email or call us, we receive your name, your email address or phone number and what you tell us.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours records your IP address, the time, the requested page and your browser type for each visit.
- Fonts. This site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address.
We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking. This site sets no cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your question and, if you want, preparing a quote: steps you ask for before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available and detecting abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't sell your data, don't add you to newsletters without your consent and don't make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Messages and emails: up to two years after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the project and the statutory accounting period require.
- Server logs: at most 180 days.
Who has access
Only the Deritron team. A few service providers also process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, our email provider and Google (fonts). We have the agreements with them that the GDPR requires. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, this happens under GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a common format. Email deri-info @ deritron.be. We reply within one month.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

If what we process changes, we update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
