Toen onze vorige leverancier plots de ondersteuning stopte wegens een overname, was Deritron de partij die ons uit de nood hielp. De rondleidingssoftware op de 200 iPads voor onze bezoekers bleef draaien, net als de andere belevingssoftware in ons museum.

Al meer dan vijf jaar werken we samen, en ze snappen precies hoe ons museum werkt. We zijn het hele jaar door, zeven dagen per week, open. Dat merk je in hoe ze met ons meedenken: ze lossen niet alleen iets op, ze denken mee over wat er beter kan. Geen standaardoplossing, maar iets dat past bij hoe wij werken.

Transport Builder: from an Excel transport request to an order with the haulier.

At Soetaert's request we built a planning tool for their equipment transports. Planners put a transport together from single items and kits, split it where needed and send the transport order to the haulier as a PDF. For every item the app knows which transport took it where.
