When custom is worth it
Off-the-shelf software is often the right call, and we'll tell you when it is. Custom pays off when the way you work sets you apart from competitors, or when your team spends more time working around a tool than doing the work.
Often the heart of sales or planning lives in an Excel file that calculates the way only your business does. No standard package can copy that, so we build around that model. If one of these sounds familiar, it's worth a conversation:
- You copy data by hand from one system into another.
- An Excel file has become business-critical and only one colleague still understands it.
- You pay for several SaaS subscriptions and use a fraction of each.
- Customers or partners need their own environment, with their data kept apart.
What we build
Web platforms and portals where customers, partners or staff log in, such as configurators and customer portals. Internal tools that carry a process from start to finish, connected to what you already use: Teamleader, Odoo, Stripe, HubSpot or Microsoft Entra ID.
And SaaS products where each customer gets its own isolated database. If an existing system can't keep up any more, we rebuild it step by step while the current version keeps running in production.
How we work
We start with discovery and a clickable prototype you sign off before any production code exists. Then we build in sprints with test-driven development, a code review on every merge request and automated builds. You see working software every week.
Every project gets development, test and production environments, and we stay on after launch. Our longest partnerships go back to 2021.
What we build with
We pick what fits each project, but most often it's Laravel on the backend, Vue or React with TypeScript on the frontend, and MySQL, Redis and Elasticsearch for data. For mobile we use Flutter, Swift or Kotlin, and where speed and safety matter most, we write Rust.
